Link VRM
Terms of Service
Last updated May 28, 2026.
The agreement, in a nutshell
These Terms are the agreement between you and Zed Wedding Group Inc. for use of Link VRM. By creating an account, you accept these Terms. We've tried to write them in plain English; where we've had to use precise language we've done so without burying anything.
Who we are
Link VRM is operated by Zed Wedding Group Inc., an Ontario corporation with a registered address at 2653 Don Street, Ottawa, ON, K2B 6Y2, Canada. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “Link VRM” refer to that company, and “you” refers to the person who creates the account, plus the organization the account represents.
What the service does
Link VRM is a vendor relationship manager for wedding professionals. Among other things, it lets you create a wedding record, share a no-login form with the couple to collect the list of vendors who worked the wedding, generate a copy-paste tag list for posting, run automated email follow-ups, and maintain a directory of past collaborators. We may add, remove, or change features over time; we'll tell you in advance if a change materially affects how the service works for you.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and the person creating the account must have authority to bind the organization they're signing up on behalf of. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you invite team members to your organization, you're responsible for their use of the service as well.
If you spot unauthorized use of your account, email us at privacy@linkvrm.com and we'll help you secure it.
Your content and our role
You own the information you put into Link VRM — your wedding records, the vendor lists collected from your couples, your branding, and the messages you send through the service. We don't claim ownership of any of it. To run the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, copy, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you (including delivering it to your team members, sending the email you scheduled, generating the IG tag list, etc.). The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account — subject to the retention details in our Privacy Policy.
Wedding records and vendor directory entries are stored centrally and may be relevant to other Link VRM customers (for example, when another vendor at the same wedding signs up). The Privacy Policy explains how this works and what happens to your contributions if your account closes.
Using the couple form responsibly
When you share a couple form, you're inviting the couple to submit information about their wedding and the other vendors who worked it. You are responsible for obtaining the couple's informed approval to collect and store that information in Link VRM before you send them the form link. The couple form does not surface any consent prompt or privacy banner of its own — that conversation happens between you and the couple, using whatever channel and language fits your client relationship. You're also responsible for sending the link only to couples who hired or worked with you on the wedding in question, for honoring any requests they make about how their information is used, and for not using the form to collect information about people for any purpose other than the use case Link VRM is built for.
By using the comms automations, you confirm that you have a lawful basis (under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and any equivalent law that applies to your couples or vendors) to send the messages those automations generate. We give you the tools to send transactional messages and to set up automated follow-ups; you're responsible for choosing what gets sent and to whom.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content;
- Upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or violates applicable law;
- Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the service or other users' data (including scraping the vendor directory in bulk, reverse-engineering parts of the platform, or bypassing access controls);
- Resell the service or any part of it without our written agreement;
- Use the service to compete with us by building a substantially similar product.
We can suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is breaking these rules. Where it's practical, we'll give you a chance to fix the issue first.
Fees and billing
Link VRM is currently offered free to participants in our first cohort. When we introduce paid plans, the price, billing cycle, and trial terms (if any) will be presented to you before you opt in; nothing about your existing data or workflow will change without your agreement. If you have a paid plan, you'll be charged in advance for each billing period; you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
Our intellectual property
The Link VRM name, the application, its design, code, and content we create are owned by Zed Wedding Group Inc. or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you. We give you permission to use the service as the service is meant to be used, and that's the extent of the rights you get from us.
Third-party services
To run Link VRM we rely on third-party providers (database hosting, application hosting, email delivery, error tracking). They're listed in our Privacy Policy. Each of those providers has its own terms; we choose them carefully, but we're not responsible for outages or actions of those providers beyond doing what we reasonably can to keep the service running on top of them.
Warranties and disclaimers
We work hard to make Link VRM reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty other than what's required by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or fit for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, regardless of the legal theory, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations for certain claims; if any provision is held unenforceable in your case, the rest of this section still applies to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zed Wedding Group Inc., its directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable lawyer's fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms (typically with notice and a chance to fix the issue first), or if we're required to do so by law. When an account closes, the retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply.
Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if changes are material, notify active account holders by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a material change takes effect counts as acceptance of the updated Terms; if you don't accept, you can close your account.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this paragraph prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in another jurisdiction where appropriate.
A few housekeeping items
If a court holds that a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply. Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right going forward. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, and they supersede any prior arrangement on the same subject. You can't assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
